ASSESSMENT WORKSHOPS

We run face to face workshops to assess the capabilities of your potential hires and/or your existing people.

These programs can run for one, two or three days and are best run offsite.

PROCESS

  • We assess participants against specific capabilities, values and competencies set by you

  • With your involvement, we custom-design a business simulation that replicates a real world scenario

  • Participants are observed by a coach as they work through the scenario and feedback is provided

  • The output of the program is a highly developed sense of the strengths and weaknesses of the participant and, if you wish, a professional development plan to help them to the next level of their potential​.
